March2011 Casa Blanca is the perfect small hotel for people on a budget who still want to be super close to the beach and all the action Cabarete has to offer. I loved the extreme proximity to a secluded swimming area as well as the option to walk five minutes along the shore to reach the main beach. The hotel garden and pool area is very peaceful and it's handy to have a superb café right on the premises. You get true value for your money at Casa Blanca and the hosts Dorothy and William do their utmost to make sure you feel comfortable and welcome. Gonetopitcairn

March 2010 So we arrived late in Caberete not knowing where we were going to stay. The Casa Blanca was reccomended by locals. The owner William was sooo helpful and understanding. The rooms where clean with a very much appreciated hot shower. Nice pool right outside our room and just a few minutes from the beach. The resturant at the hotel had a good breakfast too with resonable prices. I would definitly stay there again.  Cusco, Peru

 We originally only booked a stay of three nights online, but after arriving and looking around for other accommodation we realised that nothing would compare to the quality and good value of the Casa Blanca. my boyfriend and I stayed there for about 2 and half weeks in total. The Canadian owners were helpful, friendly and very flexible when we wanted to extend our stay which we did three times!

We stayed in rooms 7 & 8, which were simple but clean and tidy. Dorothy and William let us use the downstairs kitchenette for a very reduced rate. The kitchenette is well equipped and clean.

The swimming pool area was kept immaculate and the pool was a million times better than what you would expect for the very small price of the rooms. The restaurant at the front, Claros, served very good food which came quickly and was good value for money. The Casa Blanca is in a great location, at the eastern end of the beach, very close to Janet's supermarket, which has a brilliant selection of food and drink.

We would definitely recommend the Casa Blanca - we had a brilliant time.  (Young Couple from England)

"The place was very clean and we felt safe staying at the hotel. Our suite in particular had a great view of the pool and had a little private balcony, which we quite enjoyed. It was very nice to have the fridge and little kitchenette and have the option to be able to cook if we chose to."  Nelson

"The Casa Blanca hotel is a little jewel in Cabarete. The rooms are a good size and very clean. With a fridge and hot plate in the studio rooms you really don't need to eat out, but a holiday is a holiday, right. No cooking for me. The pool area is lovely with palms trees of all varieties. From the owners down to cleaning staff, we were made to feel welcome and assisted in every way. The cafe located on the premises served an excellent breakfast every morning and lunch at noon. The hotel owner introduced us to several restaurants in the area including a wonderful Dominican style restaurant. The "best" rice I have ever eaten. Loved this holiday so much we plan on returning for a week in April or May. "Hope the honeymoon suite" is free with its great view from a private balcony overlooking the pool. A number of the rooms opened up onto the pool area. The prices were incredible, averaging around $35.00US per day. We had a wonderful time and definitely will make the "Casa Blanca" in Cabarete our destination of choice." Toronto

" I spent a week in Casa Blanca, Cabarete. This well run hotel is ideally located beside Janet's supermarket and adjacent to the motoconcho stop. You can walk into downtown Cabarete in a few minutes. The beautiful beach is 2 minutes walk, as are Dominican style restaurants and a laundrette. The hotel is clean, comfortable and well maintained. I was made to feel very welcome by all the staff, and the managers, William and Dorothy, couldn't be more helpful. They take a personal interest in their guests and were full of recommentdations for my stay." (Ireland)

"I was in Studio B, ground floor with patio door access to a wonderful tropical garden, but also on the other side, a door with direct access to the pool. It was a peaceful place to be...away from the main part of town, but easy access to everything. It had a two burner propane cooktop, a good sized fridge to keep my yogurt, fruit, juices,beer, a sink, two twin sized beds, big space for hanging clothes, ceiling fan,(don't really need A/C as the Cabarete breezes blow through),bathroom with sink, toilet and big shower. Outside my door to the pool was a table and chairs to sit out and eat or read. Lots of chairs supplied by the most wonderful, well kept, clean pool. Even though the beautiful beach is closeby, just floating in the pool was one of my favourite places to be at the end of a day..."  (Canada)
