  To reserve a room a 50% deposit is required. When we have confirmed by email or phone that a room is available please email info@casablancacabarete.com for instructions. Paypal accepts Visa and Mastercard and you can make the deposit in USD or CAD. A wire transfer is also possible.
CANADIANS: Avoid losing any money on exchange rates. You can do an email transfer from your computor or make a direct deposit into any TD Toronto Dominian Bank branch anywhere in Canada. Canadian dollars accepted on par at this time. Email me for details.

Hotel Casa Blanca is just 70 m to the beach. We offer eight rooms within the intimate guesthouse and seven studios with, fridge, stove, and kitchenette. Each room has it's own toilet and shower. Most come equiped with a small fridge. The rooms are comfortable, yet affordable, and are available to suit the individual traveler, a couple, or a group of up to 32 people vacationing together. The owners Dorothy and William and their staff wish to make your Caribbean vacation experience with them one of your the best!
Teams: We have special prices and can arrange for meals to be supplied for teams who come down to do volunteer work. We have had Dream Project volunteers and a number of church groups and school trips stay with us. Email us for details. We also offer specials to couples involved in ministry.

Discount: If you stay more than 14 nights email us to discuss a possible discount. A $5.00 USD or $150 Pesos key deposit is required and will be refunded. We do not accept credit cards other than via Paypal. Please bring enough USD cash or RD pesos to cover the balance when you arrive. The ATM's here usually run out of cash on the weekends so bring enough with you.
Long Term: For a month or more, email us for special rates. There is limited availability.
AC: We are often asked about Air Conditioning. This is not North America. We are by the ocean and every evening there are cool breezes. We live here in the Casa Blanca without AC and with the breezes the evenings and nights are usually quite cool and pleasant. The two rooms thathave AC have less access to the breezes so they are equipped with AC for those who like it cold.
Tax: Some hotels do not mention that they will add the DR 26% tax and service fees. We have included this in the above prices so there are no surprises. A $40.00 room is in fact $31.00 plus tax and we do not get to keep the tax.
Wind & Kite Surfing Gear: Can be rented from a number of our partners. We will make sure you get the best possible value for your dollar. If you bring your own we can arrange storage near by and right on the beach for $20 USD per week.
Tours And Day Trips: We will be happy to arrange the best possible deals for you with our partners.
Taxi: We can arrange for you to be picked up at the Puerto Plata Airport by Jose Nelson. The government set rate is $35 USD. We will need your flight number, airline and landing time.

"The Casa Blanca hotel is a little jewel in Cabarete. The rooms are a good size and very clean. With a fridge and hot plate in the studio rooms you really don't need to eat out, but a holiday is a holiday, right. No cooking for me. The pool area is lovely with palms trees of all varieties. From the owners down to cleaning staff, we were made to feel welcome and assisted in every way. The cafe located on the premises served an excellent breakfast every morning and lunch at noon. The hotel owner introduced us to several restaurants in the area including a wonderful Dominican style restaurant. The "best" rice I have ever eaten. Loved this holiday so much we plan on returning for a week in April or May. "Hope the honeymoon suite" is free with its great view from a private balcony overlooking the pool. A number of the rooms opened up onto the pool area. The prices were incredible, averaging around $35.00US per day.
