Your little investment of $100,000 will be earning you 15% hard cash PLUS the 25% gain in value. Stocks may be great, and at times not, but you cannot live in your stocks now, can you? Buy this condo on an awesome beach in the Caribbean while earning 40% and you will have a lot of “friends”.
